As Neogenians, we recognize that we are zedas—eternal minds—having experiences in the physical world we share. We understand that we are each individual expressions of the Absolute, and consequently, that the well-being of the collective is essential for the well-being of the individual.

This knowledge fuels the creation of a world in which the basic needs of all our members will be recognized and met. Access to quality housing, nutritious food, and comprehensive healthcare are considered a fundamental right rather than a privilege.  The Neogenian society will be based on principles of respect, equality, and unity, where we recognize and celebrate diversity. Racism, sexism, and homophobia, which will be seen for what they truly are—distortions of the understanding of our shared existence. Individuality will be respected and personal expression encouraged, so long as it doesn’t infringe on the rights and well-being of others.

In The Neogenian, education is seen as more than a pathway to employment; it is a journey of self-discovery, growth, and self-actualization. Currently, educational systems focus on producing workers and consumers with opportunities for high-level positions of power and leadership reserved for the elite. Our society would prioritize fostering a love for learning, promoting curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. Education should serve to empower individuals, allowing each person to understand their potential and explore their passions. It is a tool that promotes empathy and understanding, enabling us to appreciate our shared existence while celebrating our individuality.
